What's included in a maintenance plan?
Every plan includes daily backups, security monitoring, software updates, uptime monitoring, performance tuning, broken-link scanning, and a monthly hour of content updates. Premium plans add more update hours, faster response times, and quarterly strategy calls.
How fast do you respond to issues?
Critical issues (site down, security incident) get a response within 1 hour. Normal requests (content edits, bug fixes) within 1 business day. Premium plans get same-business-day response on everything.
Do you make content updates?
Yes, every plan includes content updates. The Starter plan covers up to 1 hour/month of changes (text, images, new pages, layout tweaks). Larger plans cover more hours, and overages are billed separately at a discounted hourly rate.
What if my site gets hacked?
We restore from the most recent clean backup, identify the entry point, patch it, and harden the site against re-entry. All included in your plan, no emergency surcharge, no extra fees. Most clients are back online within hours.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, about 40% of our maintenance clients have sites we did not originally build. We audit the existing site, document what is there, and take over from there. WordPress, Shopify, custom, we handle most stacks.

What about plugin and theme updates?
Every plugin, theme, and core update is tested in a staging environment before being pushed to your live site. If something breaks in staging, we either find a fix or roll back, your live site never breaks.
